Registration is completed online through our website. Simply select the desired program, complete the required information, and submit payment to secure your spot. Spring/Summer registration opens in late February. Fall ball registration begins in late July.

Register as a Free Agent on our Home page. Managers request the list of players as they recruit throughout the season. The Manager of the team will contact you directly. WCASI does not place players on teams.

Registration fees typically cover league administration, scheduling, officials, and facility usage. Uniforms and equipment to play (bats, gloves) are the responsibility of each player and/or team.

Refund policies vary by program and are outlined during registration. In general, refunds may be available before the season begins, minus any administrative or processing fees.

Players/Teams bring their own bats,gloves, and any other equipment they may use to play - Masks and/or shin guards for pitchers. Unforms are up to each team to have or not to have.

All updates are sent via email and posted on the website. Please ensure your contact information is accurate so you don’t miss important communications.

We do not play on Easter, Memorial Day weekend (including Monday), 4th of July (we use the week of 4th of July for reschedules, if needed), Labor Day, and Halloween.

All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to follow our code of conduct to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone.
